Neha R. Guha is an accomplished legal counsel with over 23 years of practice in corporate law, specialising in litigation, arbitration, compliance, corporate governance and Mergers & Acquisitions. In her distinguished career, she has managed complex legal issues while driving business growth across sectors.

As Deputy General Counsel at Cairn Oil & Gas, Neha leads legal strategy, oversees high-value contracts, and is also responsible for establishing and enforcing robust corporate compliance programs.

Neha had previously held senior legal roles at leading organisations, including GE T&D India Limited, and Continental Engineering Corporation, Taiwan.

She is also a Fellow Chartered Arbitrator, Associate Company Secretary, and holds degrees in law and business studies from Delhi University.
