The Company has in place a Whistleblower Policy, to support the Code of Business Ethics. The policy is designed to enable employees, Directors, consultants and contractors to raise concerns at a significantly senior level and to disclose information which the individual believes, shows malpractice or wrongdoing which could affect the business or reputation of the Company. Any allegations that fall within the scope of the concerns identified are investigated and dealt with appropriately.

The Company Secretary, Chief Internal Auditor, Chief Financial Officer and a senior functional head of the Company, are appointed as the Ethics Counsellors and are authorized by the Board of Directors of the Company for the purpose of receiving all complaints under the policy and in ensuring appropriate action. Individuals must raise their concern to any one of the Ethics Counsellors by sending an e-mail message at the dedicated address viz. Individuals can also raise their concerns directly to CEO or chairman of Audit Committee.
