Initial screening and shortlisting of candidates is done by HR and will involve a preliminary assessment.
The selection process will begin for some roles with a psychometric test. For some departments / roles, this will be followed by a written and technical presentation. All successful candidates go through panel interviews.
Successful candidates are given an Offer that is benchmarked internally and is competitive in the industry.
Onboarding formalities are coordinated and conducted for new joiners before and on the day of joining. All new joinees go through an induction programme where they are given an overview of the organization and various departments.
